Didn’t receive a digital code for my movie

I recently purchased a movie online through bestbuy.com, the Avengers Endgame and it was the steelbook version which is suppose to include the digital copy, so I can download to my digital library I was away for work for 3 weeks, so my fiancé opened the movie, the digital code wasn’t there and my fiancé was upset because she thought she did something wrong. I told her don’t worry about it. So I called Best Buy customer service, I was transferred to someone who had a heavy accent and had a hard time understanding anything I said, especially when I repeated my email so many times spelling out my name? Do they even look up your profile? Do they even understand anything I said. But whoever answered the phone for customer service put down whatever email and assured me that I would receive my digital code within 24 hrs. It’s been over a week and I still haven’t received any emails containing a digital code or even an acknowledgement, it’s very upsetting customer service experience. I’ve bought many movies from Best Buy, and this is the first time one have been missing, but customer service over the phone wasn’t that great and whoever they hired hardly understand English. I spelt out my name several times and obviously he still got it wrong? Sad that’s it’s taken so long and still no digital code.

Seeing that your digital code isn't available is never ideal. While there are times where the code is in the case, it is also very possible that it is in your Digital Library once logged in at BestBuy.com. Also, it's not uncommon, should we email the code to you, for said email to go into your SPAM inbox. I'd suggest checking those two sources to ensure that neither is the case.
