I recently canceled a pre-order video game, but unfortunately the promotional item was shipped and I was charged $11.04 for it. When I took it to the store to return it showed that I got $0.00 back since it was a promtional item, but the rep told me contact bestbuy.com and you would be able to see that it was returned and credit back the amount I was charged. Please let me know how I can get my refund.

Thank you for reaching out to us and welcome back to the Best Buy forums. I'm sorry to hear that there may have been a slight hiccup during your pre-order and subsequent cancellation process. We pride ourselves on BestBuy.com being a quick and seamless way to shop, so to see this happen is definitely unacceptable. I personally just pre-ordered Star Wars Battlefront II, which also comes with a free item, and I'd be pretty upset if I changed my mind but was still charged for the promotional add-on.
That said, I'd be very happy to help you figure out what happened and how we can get you your refund. However, I do need some bits of information from you in order to dive in and do some research.
