Delivery Issue/Address issue--Urgent

Hello 

 

Could use some immediate help,   Did Online Order yesterday,  sadly didn't notice the shipping address was still my old address from 2017,   then when i did notice it was too late to change it.   Called Bestbuy customer service immediately when noticed,  was suppose to be interception put in,   But UPS tells me that don't see one

UPS cannot make any changes to this package as we have not yet made any attempts and those delivery options have been restricted by the shipper. I do not show that the shipper has entered an intercept. The package is scheduled for delivery 9/6/19 to the address as provided by Best Buy. The shipper must make any needed changes. ^RF"

 

Is there anything you all can do to fix this, so i get my Television even if it's not today

Buying a new TV should be fun, and I am sorry if this TV is now being delivered to an old address. Most times the shipper is the party that needs to request a change of delivery address, and sometimes that is not possible. I would love to look into your order. Managed to get this resolved early Friday Morning by Calling Bestbuy Corporate Number, Finally did get an interception entered, and then TV was Delivery on September 7th 2019.

Removed old address from account immediately after all this

Starts saving for my future new video card for The Computer or perhaps a newer Computer system in a year or two, And Will continue to do business with Bestbuy as was my fault i didn't see the package was selected to goto old address that i didn't even know was in old account
