Thank you Allison for all of your quick replies. I definitely appreciate your customer service however I am seriously disappointed in Best Buy's online purchase process. It is a failed and broken system and unfortunately good employees like yourself get the backlash from frustrated customers. I wish you the best. Thank you for your efforts to get this resolved.
