Damaged steel book

How can I get a refund or exchange for The Avengers endgame steelbook? It arrived today and the case was scraped and dented and doesn’t close properly. Very frustrating and annoying

The easiest remedy here would be to swing by your local Best Buy store to see if they have another copy you can simply exchange it for. If not, and assuming you had ordered this on BestBuy.com, you may want to call in at 1-888-BEST-BUY to see if they have another option to offer.

Welcome to our forums!  We’ve definitely got Avengers: Endgame fever around here, and I’m thankful you decided to pick up your copy with Best Buy.  No matter the item, discovering your order has arrived damaged is always frustrating, so I’m sorry to hear your SteelBook copy of Avengers: Endgame is dented.

 

The always helpful Sam-15 has nailed this one on the head, so I wanted to take a minute to give his reply our seal of approval, so to speak.  Upon receiving a damaged item, there are a few different options available to you, as outlined in our Return & Exchange Promise.  Whether its visiting your local Best Buy store, or contacting our phone support teams, we’ll be happy to assist in any way we can.
