Right... when you buy it online, the box comes with a return tag to send it back. You can use that tag to mail it back and see if they charge you

On any item where there is a restocking fee, you have to agree to it to make the purchase (it's a pop-up window if my memory is correct). If there was no pop up indicator for you to agree to the restocking fee then it would be up to a corporate representative to verify the item is not producing the proper disclaimer and handle it from there.

One of the corporate moderators here would be able to verify that, so I would just sit tight and one will work through to your post and be able to look further in to it for you.
