Hi, I made a puchase online for store pickup with a gift card a few days ago and I would like to change the person who will pick up my order. However the option is grayed out, is there anything I can do?

You can call the Best Buy Service number and they can take a look at your order and change the pickup name.
Unfortunately sometimes it may require corporate interaction and they can only change it if it's greyed out. I know you have not had a response yet but they can get quite busy so your patience is appreciated.

You're welcome! If you know someone else is going to pick it up, perhaps a sticky note near your computer or something to help remind you

Life can be crazy sometimes, so having someone else available to pick up your order would be handy! I understand the option to update the pick-up person may have been grayed out on your end. This may mean the option isn't available for your particular item, or that you would need to contact our support teams so that we may modify it on our end. I'm glad to hear you were able to pick the item up yourself though!
