Cell phone upgrade

I upgraded my phone through the .com site and I went to pick it up in store. I haven’t received a prepaid shipping label yet through my email, and I have looked for the past 24 hours and I have also looked in the spam folder for it. I also tried to resend the email through the Best Buy app with no luck. It just keeps giving me an error message that says “we are unable to resend the email”. Can I please get some help with this so I don’t get charged from Verizon?
