The My Best Buy Credit Card can be a great way for customers to take advantage of deals on computers, TVs, appliances, and any number of awesome products that we sell at our stores and online. It should be an easy process to get started and what you describe with multiple cancellations certainly isn’t what we want for our customers.
I see that you have also sent one of our other moderators a private message which included some additional information for us to look into your particular situation. With review, it appears that any issues surrounding your ability to place orders have been resolved. Though you had already purchased a TV from another retailer by the time this happened, I see that you have been able to successfully place a different order for an appliance which is currently scheduled for delivery later this week.
