I ordered a Dell laptop and was supposed to receive it today, 1/16/20. I received an email it would be delayed for a month. When I called to cancel, I was told I cannot. So now I have to have $1300 charged to my credit card and go else where to spend another $1300 on my credit card. This seems to be if not illegal, just a horrible policy.
I will never purchase any expensive items from BB again. There are plenty of other sources for computers and other items that will have fair and responsive customer care.
I was a loyal customer for years. That is over with.
