Cancelled Order but paid with Promotional GC

I placed an order for a gift for my friend on December 2nd and used all the promotional giftcards I had ($50 worth) towards the purchase. I cancelled the game after finding out they already own the game. The problem is I didn't get my $50 of giftcards back.

Welcome to our forums!  As it sounds like you’re aware, our promotional e-gift cards will have a few different terms and conditions than our traditional gift cards.  Generally speaking, a promotional gift card will be a one-time use, and will be unable to be refunded if your order is cancelled.  I apologize if this was not made clear during your initial purchase.

 

I’d like to look into this matter further, and make sure we’re exploring all options available to us, but for me to do so, there are a few pieces of additional information I’ll need from you.  If you could use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to send me the following information:

 

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your order number

 

This should be enough information for me to begin my research.  If you’re accessing our site on a mobile device, you may need to switch to “Full View” before this button is visible to you.
