Having an order that cancels right after making it isn't what we like to hear, and we'd be happy to make sure that everything is as it should be in regard to your account. To begin, have you been able to verify that all information on your My Best Buy account is correct and up to date? Often times if the billing address isn't correct, this can cause cancellations on orders.

Thanks for letting me know that you're placing this order from outside the US.
That does mean that there are certain requirements that must be met in order for the order to go through. I'll include the link to our International Orders page for you for more information. One aspect of these requirements is that you must put the billing address outlined on our page in the designated space for the order to be processed. Additionally, and as a side-note, we don't ship to freight forwarders or to hotels, so this may be part of the reason why your orders are being cancelled.
