Do you have a history of buying and returning a lot of products

Yes and no. I went to the store to make my purchase and they say it happens all the time due to “online problems”

I had that issue once but it was because the magnetic strip on my card was bad and the CSA didn't know how to type in numbers by hand.

 

I also have a Costo Visa card that for some reason gets declined even though it has thousands of $$ left on the credit limit.
