I am having the same issue that all of my bestbuy.com orders keep getting canceled. I have called for hours and no one has been able to help. I can't even place a to pick up order. I have literaly tried everything and it is an issue. I have called Bestbuy credit card and they told me billing address and billing phone number is correct. I think they keep doing that to users and it is annoying. When you call they try to blame it on your billing then transfer you to best buy credit card services which tells you that they are not the issue. This is driving me crazy almost 3 months and no resolution. Please fix this issue? Like everything keeps getting canceled like 5-30 mins after i place an order.

Thanks for joining the Best Buy Community forums. Having your orders cancelled is never a good experience. I'd like to check those orders out to see if I can offer any help or advice that our phone support teams haven't been able to.
