Bestbuy keeps cancelling my order

Hello There,


I'd like to buy some discs but my order is always cancelled by the system, even if I've tried to pay it with different credit cards many times. That's really annoying while the only thing I got is that "we were unable to verify your information" . Could someone provide the detailed reason of that?

Does your order comply with Best Buy's terms and conditions?


Also is this an international order?
