Hello, i ordered an item on your website last week. I was sure to enter all the corect informations and was charged on my credit card. I am used to buy stuff online and there is never any problems with others stores or privates sellers. But today i received a message from Canadapost saying that my address is incomplete.I called them and there is a mistake on the box... The item will be shipped back to Richmond BC , all the way from Montreal PQ... I then called customer service . Since my item is an open box i can't have another one sent right away. When I called your customer service i was told that i would be refunded for the iitem when Bestbuy receives it back, and to keep an eye on your website to buy it again. That they can't just correct their mistake, send the item when it gets back to Richmond or anything ... Since it is a open box it might sell quickly again. The guy at customer service told me he could'nt help me , and when i told him that i would have to live in front of my computer or your website page , refreshing the page every minute for a long time to catch the item in stock again he said that this was the only way to assure i have this item.
The problem is that this is the second time that your online websites has a problem with my adress. Since i live in an apartment i need to enter my adress like this' 4951 street name, apt.221. Your website has a problem because in the end , the adress that appears on the shipped box is missing the APT.221. So because you website has a glitch i might not have the item i bought , at the price i paid for my trip on september 27th. I need your help because the customer service could not help me at all with this. I don't want a refund , i want the item i bought shipped to my rightful adress....
Let me know what is going on because i am currently not satisfied with this situation.

day i received a message stating that it might take up to 10 business days for the refund that bestbuy want to do to be received. In the end that means that i won'nt be able to buy this open box when it is back on your website , that i will have a 1300$ frozen unavailable for this same open box or any other replacment camera for another 2 weeks and in the end that i need to take the pictures in my trip to Africa with my cell phone because bestbuy did not write my appartment on the box when i did write it when i place my odrer....
Is it just me or there is a really big problem here... nobody seems to give a hoot about this problem !

Like i said earlier the customer service from Bestbuy Canada could not help me at all. The only thing he did to help is that he said that he would report the problem with the appartment number disapearing. Like i said it is the second time this happens and on your forum you can see many people having the same problem. Bestbuy say that the 10 open days for the refund is their policy and that my 1300$ could not be transferred to another product or the same one with a correct adress. Basically i might not be able to use those 1300$ on another camera since i am leaving on sept 27th for a African safari trip... I hope my cell phone can take some good picture. With its 5x zoom , i might end up attacked by a wild animal, trying to get a good picture !!! Hehe but that experience is'nt helping your cause Bestbuy! I might juste use online stores for my future purchases since your customer service is'nt helping and assuming their website mistake.
