I bought an Oculus Quest headset on 8/1/19 at Bestbuy. The employees told me that it would be shipped by 8/3/2019, however, my shipment hasn't arrived yet and frankly I'm really angry since the item was at the store where I could have canceled the shipment and gotten the VR headset at the store. I even called customer support but they still couldn't help me. I get this message
We're sorry, we're working on getting it to you soon. If we can't ship it by Sun, September 1, we'll let you know and cancel the order."
I'm sorry, I'm not going to wait an entire month to get an item where I could have just got at the store.

This is typical customer service at Best Buy. No answers and nobody is authorized to do any thing. They will tell you anything to get you off the phone and wait for something that is never going to come. They make you call different departments as if it is your resonsibility to decipher their arcane structure and computer system. I know because I have been getting the run-around about a product for 6 weeks now.
