Best Buy customer service issues

I had placed several orders with Gamers club unlocked before my gamers club unlocked expired in November last year.  Shortly after my gamer's club unlocked expired, I started receiving cancellation e-mails from Best Buy for orders that had the gamer's club unlocked applied to them.  I have been trying to get these issues resolved with Best Buy, but very few agents seem to be able to help me. 

 

On January 16, 2020, a supervisory agent "helped me" by placing a 20% invisible refund on to each of the items instead of doing the right thing and marking each item down to the gamer's club unlocked price.  That is when the nightmare began with Best Buy.  In total, I have spent about 15 hours on the phone with Best Buy to try to actually get that refund on the orders and every time, I call, I am transferred about 3 to 4 times to different departments and at least two times, I am told that the issue was escalated to a higher department and someone from that department would reach out to me.  I never heard from this higher department and can only assume that my issue was not escalated and they just wanted to get me off the phone.

 

On Thursday, April 9th, after spending 4 hours on the phone with Best Buy and wasting my entire day, the agent cancelled the original order and placed a new order for the same items and I thought I was finally done with my nightmare.  Today, I went online to check my best buy credit card account and found that you charged for the doom eternal steelbook that shipped ahead of the Nintendo Switch release.  I tried to do a chat online with Scott {removed per forum guidelines} who was completely useless in handling the situation.  When I told him that I still had the item preordered, but in a different order, he was unwilling to budge and kept lying to me about not being able to take a charge off of my account.  

 

I have been elite plus member for the last three years and right now, you are in very real danger of losing a loyal customer.  Please let me know what you are going to do to remedy all of these issues that I have been having with Best Buy recently.
