I had pre-ordered a movie, and I'm looking at my Best Buy card account and I was double charged, once on 9/12 and again on 9/13.
I paid my balance on 9/14 and there was no double charge then, so I'm not sure why its just showing up now.
I'm hoping someone can contact me and look into this.

As I mentioned in my private message, we often authorize the funds to ensure they're available, then have the authorization reversed as a charge is actually applied once an order is fulfilled. You may see both at the same time depending on your financial institution's processing times.
