Hello ive spoken over the phone with about 8 different people about my order and have also had 3 way conversations with specialists and csr's. My item is on pre order and says its in progress. The store i'm picking up from has them in stock and available for pickiup in one hour. Supposedly the people ive spoken to authorized the payment over the phone with me. Nothing has changed and i the progress on the order is still stuck in processing. It says i need to wait for an hour for an email but ive been waiting since Friday. The csr's assured me eveything was 'fixed' the last time we spoke.
