Apple Watch Refund processing since Dec 30

Ordered a pink series apple watch 5 on December 17,2019. I was shipped a regular white version, I returned the apple watch on Christmas day and Best Buy received it on 12/30/2019.  The refund has been stuck in processing since then, the only thing on the return page is 

 

Your return made it back on Mon, December 30. Please allow up to 5 days for us to begin processing your refund.

 

I called customer support twice. On Janurary 10, I was told by the lady I would receive my refund on 1/13/2020. Of course the 13th came and went with no refund.

 

I called customer service again today 1/14/2020, the gentleman just reviewed my notes and said he would have to transfer me to tech support to get the refund pushed through. Upon transferring I was disconnected.

 

 

 

My order number {Removed per forum guidelines} and payment was made via Paypal.

 

Please help.
