Airpod Pro Purchase - Delivery never Happened. Cancellation never happened. No reshipment!!!!!!!!!!!

I order my Airpod Pros on the day the released on 10/30.  Order # {removed per forum guidelines}.  Shipment says it was delivered to my mailbox, however, the mailbox was empty. I filed the follwoing complaint with the postal service: Case {removed per forum guidelines} - doing my due diligence. I stopped by the post office and supplied photos of my post office box where it shows no signs of damage.  

 

Post office took Zero responsibility.

 

Best Buy - took zero responsibility. In fact, I had multiple employees tell me they could reorder and even have me pickup in store, just to be told to call back. I called back to speak with another agent where I was advised that you no longer have this in inventory. 

 

I, then, spoke with a supervisor to have my order cancelled. I was advised it was and then received another email today from Best Buy advising me to contact Apple Care to canell my order. 

 

What is going on?!?!? And no Corporate Email Address?!?!? 

 

Who is going to solve this issue?!  How does Best Buy solve their issues with their customer's?
