will shop again

What began as a negative upon negative experience that was so frustrating, I was determined to never again shop for an appliance at Best Buy, and however, my interaction with Paul {removed per forum guidelines}, appliance manager, quickly altered my opinion and resurrected my confidence in Best Buy.


He was eager to patiently listen to the issues presented, thereafter, he demonstrated professionalism throughout the process and he addressed the issues expeditiously,


I am very pleased with the customer service at this Best Buy location.
