Welcome to the forums and thanks for your post! I know I get a bit concerned when I have money held up by purchasing processes. I’ll do my best to offer some insight.


When an order is canceled, the authorization should be reversed. While you’ll typically see this reflected on your account within a few business days, it could take up to 7-9 and depend on your bank. Please also be advised that international forms of payment may have different timeframes. At this point, if you don’t see the funds in your account, I would advise reaching out to the card-issuer to check on the status.
