Worst Customer Service

I bought a DSLR camera at 8.00 PM for $599, it had only one lense, When I showed it to my friends they advised me that for the same price, I will get a camera with two lens at bestbuy. So next day afternoon at 1.30 PM when I went to return the camera and get a new one they told they need to charge me for the Restocking fee which is 15% for the price I bought. I was literally shocked because when I was paying the bill the person at the counter told me that I can return in the next 15days. But when I was returning the product he told I will be charged 15% if I return.
They cheated me. I would call it robbed me.

Per our Returns & Exchanges Promise, which should be posted both online and in-store, DSLR cameras would have a 15% restocking fee. Please know, however, that this restocking fee should not apply to products that are unopened. I certainly apologize for any unawareness of this at the time of purchase.
