I'm contacting you because I need a duplicate invoice for a purchase made during a trip in August 2019 that is now experiencing technical issues.
 
I need the invoice to exchange the product here in Brazil, where I live.

3- Date of purchase: 08/18/2019 (AUGUST 18, 2016)

5- Total purchase amount: US $ 53.02
6- Method of Payment: Final Credit Card 0265
7 List of all purchased products, including models:
 SanDisk Pedrive Drive - Ultra 128GB USB 3.1, USB Type-C Flash Drive Model: SDDDC2-128G-A46SKU: 5219002 (US $ 22 each approximately)
I don't remember now, but I bought a bottle of water in this purchase.

I have looked for your purchase on Aug. 17-19, 2016 and Aug. 17-19, 2019 since you provided both years in your messages, but have not been able to locate your receipt.
