I didn't recieve a survey with my recent purchase. And the workers went above and beyond helping me with my purchases. The man asked me to fill out a survey with my recent purchase however I didn't recieve one in my inbox. I would like to them to be recognised.

I apologize for the delay in response. With the holiday season just ending, things are still a bit backed up. Let me start by saying that it makes me very happy to hear that you've had a positive experience at one of our Best Buy locations. We go through extensive training to ensure that we are always the best at what we do and we focus heavily on putting the customer first. Without our customers, we are nothing.
When it comes to our surveys, they are indeed a random occurrence. While most of our customers may receive one, some do not. However, we always welcome our customers to post either in the forums, our other social media platforms, or on the variety of review sites about their experiences. Alternatively, there is still a chance you may receive the survey, so keep your eyes open for either an email or text from us!
