Receiving the digital copies of the movies I purchase is very important to me as well, and I’d be equally frustrated if my copy wasn’t included or valid. Can you please share if you’re getting these movies from a BestBuy.com order, or are you purchasing them at your local Best Buy? Movies aren’t typically items we’d resell after they’ve opened. I’m sorry to hear that you’ve received two that appeared to not be in original shrink wrap in the last few months. That is very concerning. Moving forward you’re welcome to request an exchange at your local Best Buy, or you can contact the production copy to request the digital content with your purchase receipt information. From time to time during manufacturing a code slip may not have been placed in the case.
