It looks like this is a common issue (forum search) in regards to emails with SlingTV Redemption trial codes not being emailed to recipients.
I have combed through my inbox as well as Spam and Trash folders for any email sent to me. I have not turned up any.
Can you resend the code?

Thanks for joining us at the Best Buy Community forums. I’m very sorry that it has taken so long to get back to you on this. We’ve been unusually busy lately and because of this it’s taking longer than we’d like to get back to everyone.
SlingTV is a great service so I understand how disappointed you must be to have not received your code. I hope that you’ve were able to reach out to us by other means by now and that we’ve been able to get your code out to you. If not, I’ll be happy to check in to this for you to see if we can get that code sent out to you.
What I’ll need from you is a private message containing your order number. To send that over to me you can just click ion the “Private Message” button in my signature below this post. Once I have that I can dive in and see what is going on with your code.
