I have given pre order for note 10+ its been almost 15 days now. order status is delayed, store is saying it might cancelled which is absurd. no good response from woodbridge bestbuy that when its actually getting delivered. first time bestbuy is behaving like third world country where no one knows actual shipment date or no punctuality whatsoever. on top of it now they are sending me text msg this one "
We're sorry, we're working on it. If we can't get it to the store by Sun, September 29, we'll let you know and cancel the order.
can anyone please tell me anyone got note 10+ from bestbuy delivered yet or all are in same boat?

Same boat and many others, Appears Best Buy does not want our business. If your willing to give up all promotions and cancel your order, you can walk in and buy the phone you want.

It seems as if this problem has been wide spread, after Contacting the Exective Board, within days the Exective Resolution Department contact me and within 24 hours the Store Manager contact me and said my ohone was in route. I trust him as I have talked directly with him before. and the next day the great phone call as my phone was at the store. I got the say the Store people have been great. Store People made it right after the Head office fixed the system. Just wish more communitcation of issue and resolve.
