Rude employee

I entered store #1773 for an exchange and an order pickup. I was not fully sure which line to stand in but I waited a good 4 minutes for at least one person to acknowledge me. This may not seem like a long amount of time but the amount of times that two representatives passed by me was unacceptable. I would have been fine with “I’ll be with you in a minute”. One rep was diligently working with another customer and finished the transaction and stepped over to help me. However the representative named McKinley along with another woman had a very bad attitude and seemingly ignored me with agitation. Everyone else in the store was very respectful and helpful. I have never seen these two ladies before but I hope to never see them again. I am a longtime loyal customer of Best Buy but if this is going to be the experience, that is disheartening. I come to this store for a classy experience and that is not what I encountered today.

Thanks for joining the Best Buy forum community, though I’m sorry it’s under these circumstances.  Four minutes can be a very long time when you’re just waiting in silence.  I used to work as a phone agent and one of the exercises a manager suggested when we trained was to wait on hold for two minutes while we weren’t allowed to do anything else. Two minutes felt far longer in that context, so I understand where you’re coming from.
