Thanks for joining the Best Buy forum community, though I’m sorry it’s under these circumstances. Four minutes can be a very long time when you’re just waiting in silence. I used to work as a phone agent and one of the exercises a manager suggested when we trained was to wait on hold for two minutes while we weren’t allowed to do anything else. Two minutes felt far longer in that context, so I understand where you’re coming from.
Like you, I’m disheartened to hear that you weren’t greeted or helped when you were in line if there were representatives free.
