Rude Lg Specialist and Terrible Management

We went to Best Buy this evening arriving @6:37pm. I went straight to the LG Specialist asking about a LG Tv special that you guys currently have. His response. There isn’t such deal or thing. With that being said I went on to my Best Buy app and showed him the LG 75UM6970 2160P SMART 4K UL. Which was on sale for $899.00
He said Ohhh that’s a holiday TV, it’s too cheap for me to Recognize. What kind of customer service would have such response.. I then asked for a manager. She did not say a word. Not even an apology. She just went on to look for the product on the computer to ring me up at the register, Asked me for payment, then took another 40 mins to find it and bring it up front. Again still no apology. I asked her if there was anyone I can speak to other than her for customer service issues. She gave me the 1-888 # without even stating that you guys don’t have a corporate customer service concern department

When our customers come to our stores, they should be welcomed in a polite and professional manner. It stands to reason you’d be inquiring about this offer, as the price is amazing! I’m sincerely sorry to hear about the way the interaction went, even after involving a leader. It sounds like you were ultimately able to purchase the television that you had originally came in for, but we’d like to learn more about this, in effort to see if we can prevent this behavior from reoccurring. The GM contacted me earlier today. Thank you for getting in touch with him so quickly. He went ABOVE & BEYOND to help make the situation so much better already!
