Hello, I have been going through hell trying to return a microwave for more than 2 weeks and nobody will help me. Before purchasing the microwave, I was told by an employee that if there were any defects, I could return the microwave under the manufacturers warranty. He specified specifically that I could return it. I attempted to return the microwave 17 days after purchase and was told I was two days too late. They told me I could return it by contacting the manufacturer.

We would only be able to accept a return within 15 days of purchase under our Return & Exchange Promise. That said, if the microwave isn't working correctly you may have some repair options. Please send me a private message through the link in my signature below this post.
Please confirm that order number and send along your name, email address and phone number, along with a description of the issue with the microwave. You may also be able to return that second microwave, depending on when it was purchased.
