Regional Manager Contact

I live in California and ordered a LG washer at the 94066 store for in-store pickup. I need to speak with the Regional Manager to address my issue. I ordered it in January and it's almost April and I have not received my washer. I was promised a delivery date of last week.

Welcome to our forums.  Having to wait an extended period of time for an appliance to arrive would certainly be frustrating for anyone, and I regret to hear you’ve been waiting since January to receive your washer.  With that said, I’ll be happy to review the status of your order, and offer any assistance I can.
