I, too, am having a terrible time getting thru to Best Buy.  My order, first placed online, was canceled basically due to user non-friendly site operation.  Secondly, I reordered in the store for store pickup.  Order placed Dec 7.  Now, Dec 27 and they still don't know when or if the item will arrive.  Furthermore, I can't cancel it or contact them except by phone.  Now, I have reordered online again and expect delivery by the 30th (the same day the store is set to cancel the first order if it doesn't arrive there).  Merry Christmas.  Hey, Best Buy, how about some easy online contact????

Due to the overwhelming amount of holiday season posts, we are working as quickly as possible to respond to all of the messages we have received. I apologize for the delayed response and the time it has taken to get this answered of for you.

 

Ordering online is one of my favorite options of Best Buy. I use this option often and with great success, that's why I was so discouraged to read about your experience. I apologize you had to go through these cancellations and delays.

 

With the details available to me from this forum I was able to find the orders in question. I am happy to see 3rd time is a charm and your order finally arrived. Orders may cancel for different reasons sometimes, if the purchase does not meet BestBuy.com’s Conditions of Use. I will ensure this gets addressed and documented on a corporate level for you.
