hey not only wont match a legit price.. The Manager Tony in Chandler Arizona, insults and trys to discredit a 5 star vendor with the product in stock and ready for delivery!! I understand not wanting to lose $$$$.. But insulting a good retailer is NOT acceptable!!! Lets see if anyone reads this!! Message me!!!

Thanks for joining us at the Best Buy Community forums. I’m sorry it has taken so long to get back to you. We’re a bit behind due to the holiday season and we’re working very hard to get back to everyone as quickly as we can.
 

The Price Match Guarantee is a great way to make sure you’re paying the lowest price possible, though there are some requirements a purchase must make in order to qualify. I’d like to take a look into the price match you were requesting to see if the Tony from Chandler was correct in his interpretation of the Guarantee.

 

In order to do that I’ll just need you to send me some information about the request you made.  Please send me a private message, by using the link in my signature below this post, with your name, email address, phone number, and a description of the price match you requested, with as much detail as possible. I’ll need the date of the request, the product you were price matching, the location you were matching the price to, and the price you were seeking. Please also let me know about any other concerns you have.

 

Once I have all of that information I can take a look into the request for you.
