Hi! I’d like to leave some exceptionally positive feedback for Michael, who works in electronics at Best Buy store #350. I purchased a drone from this highly well informed BB employee last November and I came back today, ten months later to buy a case for it and he not only remembered me and my last purchase, but helped me buy a new case and new speakers. He is incredibly knowledgeable, personable and professional and I’d like to recommend him for associate of the year.

Welcome to the Best Buy Community forums. Thanks so much for reaching out about this. We love to read stores about exception service customers receive at our stores. 

 

It's awesome that Michael remembered you and was able to help you out with that. I'd like to reach out tot hat store's leadership team so he can get the recognition he deserves. Michael is a pretty common name, though, so I want to look into this a little more closely to make sure the right Michael gets the credit.
