I am trying to cancel protection plans on two items I no longer own, though the online cancellation link just takes me to the protections plans without an option to cancel. Anyone know how to do it? Thanks!

Welcome back to the Best Buy Forums, and thank you for writing in today! I can certainly understand wanting to see if you could cancel the plans if the items are no longer in your possession. Typically, you should have the option to cancel your plan through the link on our Geek Squad Protection FAQs page, however, if that was not working, I'd suggest calling the Geek Squad at (800) 433-5778 to get it cancelled.
