Problem with refund

 

 

Yesterday, I was looking for a memory card for my newly built PC desktop and the sales respresentative sold me 2 16gb memory card, assuring me that it would work with any PC. When I got home, I realized it was not compatible with my PC. So I went back to store for a refund but they absoutely refused to give me a refund. So I'm stuck with a card I can't use and over $100 down the drain. I don't appreciate being conned by false advertising.

Building your own PC is quite the task! I’m sorry to hear that you might’ve received some incorrect advice regarding the SD cards you purchased, and your return was denied. Thank you for taking the time out of your day to share your experience with us. My sincere apologizes for my delayed response due to the holiday season we’ve been busier than usual, and we’re doing our best to catch up.

 

Did your local Best Buy provide a reason why they declined your return? Are the SD cards opened, or damaged in any way?  I’d be happy to look into this further for you to see if we may be able to assist you with this matter. Using the details you shared upon joining forum community I wasn’t able to locate your purchase to look into this matter further.
