Positive store experience.

I'm trying to post a positive comment but don't know how. I'm a newbie to this site. I can read post but don't know hoiw to post mine.

Just wanted to share my positive store experience I had.

The store is in sparks, nv,  located on Los Altos Way.

 

I'm just not used to walking into a store now days and being greeted by a friendly and smiling person. Being greeted like they really do mean they are happy for your visit.

 

A rarity now days is to see sales people throughout the store. Actually helping people finding things and answering questions. May I add they also know the product they are talking about.

 

I purchased a tv but as it happens at times, it didn't work properly so I had to return it. There was a young man named Logan who helped me. I must say he was very courteous, attentive and made the return so simple and easy. I was in and out in 15 mins.

 

The management and staff should be proud of the store they work at. They know what customer service is and all go out of their way to deliver it.

 

I was just so very much impressed with my visit to purchase and return.
