I love, recommend and shop at best buy however, I got the worse treatment in every best buy store I visited here in Virginia.
I do not want anything nor i want a coupon. I am just telling you, to tighten up your customer service skills or you end up like sears in the future. When your employees talk to your customer like a stray dog, something is wrong.
I was looking for the s3 frotier watch, and after being passed from the springfield best buy to the leesburg best buy, i got the same response "yeah we sold out, just order online" I have an in-store only coupon and I cannot use it because the item I want is apparently not instock.
All best buy have this problem - most employees are too lazy to assist customer and it is easier for them to just say "we don't have it". I mean admit it, your employees don't care.
Sad to see these stores are poorly managed

Welcome to the forums! While I certainly wish it would have been a better one, I want to thank you for taking the time to share this experience with us. Personally, when I make the trip into stores, I expect to be provided some good help. I regret to hear you may not have received this.
At Best Buy we strive to provide expert service. Part of that is getting a product in a customer’s hands. It sounds like these associates may not have went the full distance to help you and for that I’m very sorry. Were you ultimately able to get the product and make use your of your coupon?
