Phone call

I made the mistake of purchasing something at Best Buy.I've been avoiding this company for years because of how horrible customer service is..... I'm writing this as I am holding on the phone for over 30 minutes for one of these experts to answer the phone with their wonderful customer service according to the recording that keeps repeating over and over about how wonderful their customer service is and their experts are just so experty.....I hope I am successfully able to return what I purchased I will never darken the doors at this dang store again. Best buy is and always has been a poorly managed company (your whole price match con is just that...a con) thank God for!
