Note10+ Preorder

I pre-ordered the Note10+ Aura Glow 256gb Verizon on August 10th and still have not received a phone or an arrival date. I have been told it would arrive on 4 different days and had to call or go to the store to find out they were just saying something to get me off the phone. I have been told my order was cancelled (it wasn't) and that it was being overnighted to the store.

3 Verizon stores near me have the phone in stock now. I checked the black variant and no Best Buy in my state has the phone. 5 Verizon stores within 10 miles have that variant in stock. I just want a straight answer. When is my phone going to arrive and why is Best Buy the only store struggling to fulfill orders?

I also found out a Note10+ Aura Glow 256gb Verizon was sold to a customer who walked in that HAD NOT pre-ordered the phone. Definitely going through Verizon or Samsung for future purchases. It's a shame because I have ordered 5 phones through Best Buy in the past and it wasn't a nightmare like this one.

Can someone please resolve this issue? Any kind of clarification would be helpful.

I know how exciting the Samsung Galaxy Note10 release has been, and I am ecstatic you entrusted Best Buy with your Note10+ pre-order.
