Note 10+ disaster also, Called Samsung and according to them the preorder Bonus would be available to do till Sept 22. They have a phone they can fill the preorder with but the system will not let them unless I cancel the order. but then the chance of loosing the bogo. and talking with Verizon I would lose that. Shame on you Best Buy...
