I bought a firestick but the Sling TV promo code was not on the receipt. I then called the store and got transferred a few times. Finally I ended up with someone in digital who was sending out the promo code to my email within 4 hours. It's 24 hours later and still no promo code. I'm trying to figure out what's the problem since I'm seeing this pop up on the board consistently. I sent a message to one of the moderators with no response.
