Never Shopping Best Buy Again

We went into our local Best Buy here in Midland Texas. I was returning a $24.99. Apparently they would not return the item because it was past 14 days. I would understand if the item was an electronic item. But it is a stand mount for a Garmin. We did not know the Garmin we bought came with one already. Total amount we spent that day was $469.00. The employee was like sorry. So I said I wanted the number to the district manager and they gave me a 1888 number talk to some one name Niomi. Said she would try to help of coarse she could not. I said let me speak to your supervisor. She said it might take a while. I waited for thirty minutes and they hung up on me. I called back and waiting again. Sad to say that Best Buy will never have my business. I will make sure family and friends co workers. Even put an ad out in the paper about my feelings for Best Buy.

I can certainly understand how accidentally getting two of the same item may not be optimal, and wanting to see what options may be available at this time. Best Buy's Return & Exchange Promise allows for the return or exchange of most products within 15 days of purchase (30 days for My Best Buy Elite members and 45 days for Elite Plus members). Outside of those time frames, Best Buy cannot offer a return or exchange. With that being said, we do apologize that you were unable to get connected to a supervisor when you called in. We never intend for any of our members to feel this way, and we hope that you give us the opportunity to make it up to you in the future.
