I can certainly understand how accidentally getting two of the same item may not be optimal, and wanting to see what options may be available at this time. Best Buy's Return & Exchange Promise allows for the return or exchange of most products within 15 days of purchase (30 days for My Best Buy Elite members and 45 days for Elite Plus members). Outside of those time frames, Best Buy cannot offer a return or exchange. With that being said, we do apologize that you were unable to get connected to a supervisor when you called in. We never intend for any of our members to feel this way, and we hope that you give us the opportunity to make it up to you in the future.
