Need receipt

Dear Sirs,

I asked my brother to buy a Targus backpack model TSB705-90 on january 2018 (probably 5th ou 6th) at your store near Florida Mall and I need a copy of the receipt to request assistance.

Can you help me please?

If your brother was the one who made the purchase, then he would need to be the one to request a copy of his receipt in accordance with Best Buy's Privacy Policy. He can probably just contact the store by phone or stop in if he lives nearby. You can also have him try the steps listed below for more help as well.

Hi Sirs, It’s Manoel here. I bought the backpack when I was on vacations and I live in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil too. It isn’t possible for me to go to the store.
