Need a receipt replacement

Hello everyone, I purchased Galaxy buds in October and I need to file a warranty claim with Samsung. The problem is I have misplaced the receipt which they apparently need to process the claim. On my best buy account, my in store and most online purchases never show up and I never get points, its been this way for years. Can someone please help my get a new receipt? Thank you

I’m sorry to hear that your Samsung Galaxy buds have stopped working properly, but I am glad that Samsung is going to help you out under the warranty. Fortunately, Best Buy is here to help!! They make it really simple to get a copy of your receipt. Follow this link here; How Do I Get a Copy of My Receipt, to see all of the options you have to get proof of purchase.

Welcome to the Best Buy Community forums. Having my headphones stop working is one of my big fears, I use them so much. I'd be happy to look into this for you, and see if we can also figure out why you aren't getting My Best Buy points.
