They make it really simple to get a copy of your receipt. Follow this link here; How Do I Get a Copy of My Receipt, to see all of the options you have to get proof of purchase.

Welcome to the Best Buy Community forums. Having my headphones stop working is one of my big fears, I use them so much. I'd be happy to look into this for you, and see if we can also figure out why you aren't getting My Best Buy points.
